Strategy Pre-Requisite
Before we dive into managing your Instagram account, we’ll need the foundation of a comprehensive strategy to serve as our lighthouse.

Posting without a strategy is like driving to a new destination with no map, waze, or signboards. You’re bound to get lost! And your destination? Nowhere in sight.

Before we get started on full management, we’ll sign a separate contract for the strategy at $1000 with a turnaround of 2 weeks. This is a one-time payment with no commitment - we’ll check in after to see whether you’re happy to proceed with management.

$1,000 strategy (one-time) + $1,150+ (monthly). We do not charge any onboarding fee or additional fees for future strategy refreshes.

No, the one-time Strategy is required before we can begin management services. This ensures we have a solid foundation and clear roadmap to execute effectively. Once we start on Instagram Management, the Quarterly Strategy Refresh is already included in your monthly retainer fee.

There’s no onboarding fee! Since the Strategy does a lot of the heavy lifting, the onboarding process for Management clients is easy peasy - we’ll just set you up on the client portal, walk you through the schedule and what to expect.

Our Instagram Management package includes full execution of the strategy, content creation and posting, outbound engagement, and monthly performance reviews.

We offer outbound engagement only, meaning we proactively make contact with industry leaders and ideal clients to build connections and widen your reach. So think, liking and commenting on their posts.
We do not answer comments or DMs on your business Instagram page (inbound engagement) as this is a golden opportunity for you to interact with your audience!
Instead, we offer DM Saved Replies & FAQs Setup with every full Management package or as an add-on for the rest of our services to simplify your process of responding to DMs.

Each month, we’ll set up a monthly call (optional) or you can fill in the Check In Form if you’re busy or prefer that. There, we’ll combine our expertise and brainstorm upcoming ideas. I’ll then create the content myself using photos and videos shared by you.

You may post as you wish. It is your account after all, but we just ask that you check in with us to let us know as this may disrupt what we have planned. Plus, we’ll give you some tips on how to keep the post in line with the existing aesthetic. For stories, you are more than welcome to show up spontaneously!

Our Monthly Analytics Report will give you insight into top performing posts, worst performing posts, KPI progress, and recommendations going forward.

Management is full-service (we handle posting, captions, outbound engagement, everything), while Content Creation provides you with professional content but you maintain control over posting, writing captions, etc. It depends how hands on you’d like to be!

All Management packages require a 3-month minimum commitment. If you need to cancel before 3 months, there's a 50% fee on the remaining months, regardless of services rendered. After the initial 3 months, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
